American Network of Oral Health Coalitions (ANOHC)

The American Network of Oral Health Coalitions (“ANOHC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) connects state and territorial oral health coalitions across the country. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through anohc.org (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways: information you give us directly, and information collected automatically when you visit the Site.
Information you provide
- Contact form. When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, email address, phone number, coalition or organization, and message.
Member resource page. ANOHC maintains a single, password-protected page for member coalitions. Access is controlled with a shared password issued by ANOHC staff. We do not require individual account creation, and we do not collect personal information through the act of viewing that page.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the Site automatically collects certain technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and the pages you view. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site and to improve it. This information is collected in aggregate and is not used to personally identify you. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site uses cookies placed by Google Analytics, along with cookies that support basic site functionality. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings, and Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics specifically. Doing either may affect how some parts of the Site function.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to messages submitted through our contact form
- Communicate with coalition members about ANOHC news, resources, and events
- Maintain and improve the Site, including understanding how it is used
- Meet legal, security, and operational obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
Member Email Communications
ANOHC does not operate a public newsletter sign-up form. When a coalition becomes an ANOHC member, our staff manually add appropriate contacts to our email list to send member communications, updates, and resources. If you receive these communications and no longer wish to, you may contact us at any time to be removed, or use the unsubscribe link included in the email.
Donations and Membership Dues
ANOHC does not process donations or membership dues on this Site. Those transactions are handled entirely through a separate, third-party website, http://www.zeffy.com. We do not collect, view, or store any payment card or banking information you provide there. Please review that platform’s own privacy policy to understand how it handles your information.
How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us operate the Site (for example, our web host or email delivery provider), who are only permitted to use it to perform services for us
- Legal or regulatory authorities, if required by law or to protect ANOHC’s rights and safety
- State and territorial member coalitions, limited to the contact information coalitions choose to have listed publicly on the Site
Links to Other Websites
The Site links to member coalition websites, social media pages, and other third-party resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies directly.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices and Rights
- You may decline to submit information through our contact form. Note that we may not be able to respond to you without it.

- You may unsubscribe from member email communications at any time.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to request information about the personal information we have collected about you and, in some cases, to request its deletion. To make a request, contact us using the information below.
